The ARC Methodology
Align, Realize, Consolidate: building coherent systems in the AI era. A post-Agile framework, expanded in the book with examples and organizational applications.

ARC stands for Align, Realize, Consolidate: a recursive framework for keeping systems coherent as they grow. Agile answers "how do we move?"; ARC answers "are we still moving together?".
The problem
Agile optimized for speed, and AI removed speed as the bottleneck entirely. What breaks now is coherence: systems get faster while their architecture quietly drifts apart. Velocity without alignment creates chaos at scale.
The cycle
Every piece of work runs its own Align, Realize, Consolidate loop. Align makes the intent and the architecture explicit before building. Realize builds within that alignment. Consolidate folds what was learned back into the system so the next cycle starts coherent. The cycle is fractal: it applies to a task, a feature and a whole product alike.
